Take the first step...

Did you know that many of our senior leaders and partners started their careers through our Vacation Program? This is the first step in creating a career that grows and changes with you as you continue to explore your passions and skills. You’ll be supported and nurtured to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.

...and get a head start

Our internship is an opportunity to gain industry work experience whilst you’re still studying. This is your chance to take part in the important work we do and discover how we solve problems with our collaborative approach. You’ll work on client engagements, attend networking events to build business relationships and take part in projects that are making an impact and creating trust in society.

Program information

If you’re in your penultimate year of university (that’s second to last) in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, our Vacation Program offers you valuable career experience at the heart of our business.

The program runs over three to eight weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes full time work experience during the university break where you will:

  • Develop your skills through one-on-one coaching and mentoring
  • Undertake challenging client work and engagements with potentially broad social impacts
  • Attend networking events
  • Expand your professional and personal networks with like-minded peers
  • Expand your career potential with a globally respected organisation
  • Possibly return to uni with a full time job offer in hand!

What we are looking for

Our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems, and you will be able to impact and learn from that purpose during your time here. Whether you’re studying science, technology, engineering, maths, finance or the arts - there’s a place for you. We come from all types of degree backgrounds and life experiences, and bring our unique views to our teams.

As a vacationer, you’ll be assessed against the competencies of our global framework, the PwC Professional. This is how we define and encourage leadership at all levels, and many of our leaders began their careers just like you and understand the intrinsic value of growth and mentoring at a pivotal stage. So if you can solve problems, analyse and understand situations or grow in development from those around you, then you may be a great fit.
