Our Accounting Consulting Services (ACS) team supports PwC's broader Assurance team by providing advice and counsel on financial and sustainability reporting issues involving International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Australian corporate reporting requirements.
As part of the ACS team, you'll develop your subject matter expertise across various accounting and reporting topics, including applying IFRS and AASB standards, remuneration reporting, Corporations Act reporting issues, and ESG reporting. You'll gain first-hand insights into the practical matters preparers face in applying corporate reporting guidance.
You will support engagement teams and clients in resolving complex accounting and reporting issues & evaluating the potential impact of emerging accounting and reporting standard-setting initiatives. You will also be involved in developing technical materials and facilitating training to support engagement teams.
