One of the biggest differences Aidan has experienced at PwC is the scale and complexity of work."In my first year with the firm I've worked on cross-border restructures for family groups operating across multiple jurisdictions, supported due diligence for portfolio acquisitions/divestments of large family offices, and managed a range of top 500 regulatory reviews." That exposure has broadened his understanding of different industries, business models and transaction types, as well as the private market more broadly.

"That evolution is visible in the way family groups are structuring themselves. Ten years ago a lot of family groups ran their affairs through a trusted accountant and a couple of long-standing advisers. Now we're seeing dedicated in-house teams, formal investment committees and proper governance frameworks, often prompted by a generational transition. The questions have shifted from 'how do we remain compliant?' to 'how do we structure this for the next 30 years?"
That forward momentum creates opportunities for professionals who want to be part of a growing business with ambitious plans for the future.
