Our Elite Athlete Employment Program is an opportunity to gain industry work experience whilst you’re still competing. This is your chance to take part in the important work we do and discover how we solve problems with our collaborative approach. You’ll work on client engagements, attend networking events to build business relationships and take part in projects that are making an impact and creating trust in society.

Program information

The program runs over twelve weeks (length will vary across our offices) and includes work experience where you will: 

  • Develop your skills through one-on-one coaching and mentoring
  • Undertake challenging client work and engagements with potentially broad social impacts
  • Attend networking events 
  • Expand your professional and personal networks with like-minded peers
  • Expand your career potential with a globally respected organisation 
  • Connect in with the PwC Elite Athlete community
