Wellness Benefit ​​​​​​We think that investing in your mental health is both important and personal. We’ll give you $295 a year to spend on items or activities that support your wellness, whatever that might be!
Lifestyle Benefit ​​​​​​New shoes? A standing desk? Board games for the family? Finding balance can be tricky. Here, you can spend up to $205 a year on things that will help support your balanced lifestyle.

Mental health is an issue that touches so many of us. Positive mental health begins with an open culture where we can all feel comfortable talking about it. 

We’re proud to be part of Green Light to Talk, a movement that began in our U.K. firm. M ovement is all about dialling up our dialogue around mental well-being. 
Psychological Wellbeing Service  Life has its ups and downs. We get that. We have our free-of-charge, confidential coaching and psychological well-being service for you and your immediate family members. Our Employee Assistance Program aims to provide an avenue for our employees and their immediate family members to access confidential advice and counselling to assist them when they experience stressful events, times, or situations or deal with overwhelming emotions. 
DV & Sexual Assault support  Domestic and family violence (D.F.V.) and sexual assaults are community and workplace issues across educational, economic and geographical boundaries. We support all our people who are affected by our comprehensive D.F.V. policy. 
Gym & Fitness Discounts  Whether you have a goal of running a marathon or just want to dip your toe into fitness, we support you! With our incredible fitness and gym partners, you can save money and look after yourself!
Salary Continuance Insurance  We understand that, from time to time, you may not be able to work due to illness or injury and might need financial support. That’s why we provide salary continuance insurance to all eligible employees. 
Financial Wellness  The world of finance changes fast. That’s why we provide budgeting and financial coaching services for all our people.  
Transitioning/Gender Affirmation Support  We support any person who chooses to transition and affirm their gender while working at PwC. This includes providing 15 days of paid transitioning leave, unrestricted unpaid leave and a $1,650 clothing allowance.

We’ve expanded the definition of our personal and carer’s leave to help with the hectic nature of life. Now you can use your personal leave when you’re feeling sick, caring for dependents, or just need a mental health day. These days are designed for you to care for yourself and the ones you love. 
Celebrate with Birthday Leave  Your birthday is special, no matter your age. Take the day off to enjoy and indulge in what you love most. It's your day—make it memorable! 
Annual Leave  We know it’s essential to take time away from work. Whether you get your energy from climbing mountains or spending time with family, you’ll get 20 days of annual leave to refresh and recharge! 
Parental Leave  Becoming a parent is unforgettable. We don't want you to miss a moment of it. Our Parental Leave Policy includes 26 weeks with enhancements to support parents returning to work. Either carer can take parental leave until a child is two years of age. So more non-birth parents can take 26 weeks of parental leave flexibly and without minimum service requirements.  
Miscarriage Leave  Our Miscarriage Leave Policy includes ten days per annum for pregnancy loss before 20 weeks of gestation to provide support during a deeply personal and challenging time. This leave is also available to the partner of someone who experiences a miscarriage, and full parental leave entitlements are available if a child is stillborn (from 20 weeks gestation).
Purchase more Leave if you need!  Thinking of taking a break? Purchase additional annual leave through our Leave+ policy. You can purchase up to 12 weeks of Leave+ a year in addition to your annual leave entitlement!
